Text to powerpoint

As a teacher i have already the topics and the text. now i am looking for a tool, which i can use to generate a powerpoint from those texts. Yes i could use Gamma.app , but i wondering if its possible in simplified too. and maybe to generate from those slides a Video, like in ms powerpoint. Just with ai and your cool features in the video section.
