turn youtube video into blog post

It would be great if I could enter at youtube URL and it could create a blog article from that and pull needed images from the youtube video. Videotap has the option of manually taking screenshots but if you could take this a step further and just pull images that are sensible from the youtube video in webpn format that would be even better. Then I could just point to a youtube and have it generate the article in the voice of the author and publish it for him in no time. https://videotap.com/ writes an article but they have a limit of 30 min long videos and screen shots need to manually be inserted plus no option to export to wordpress like you have.
